Looking for Operations Sr. Project manager and consultant for a boutique consulting firm with competitive package and attractive career path. The opportunity is in the field of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, procurement and other operations related functions.
1.Consultant Major Duties & Responsibilities l Responsible for data and information collection from bothinternal or external sources l Conduct basic operations analysis such as material flow,inventory, liner pricing performance l Hold focus group discussion, interviews and other clientcommunication works l Work as a team together with other members to solve problems l Synthesize all the analysis key findings into slides andpresent to the clients under manager’s guide Requirements l Solid problem solving capability l Strong data and information analysis skills l Personal integrity and high ethical standards l Autonomy, discipline, self-leading, continuous improvement mind-set l Good communication and presentation skills l Bachelor degree l Solid understanding of consulting techniques, concepts andtools l Experience with management consulting is preferred
2.Program Manager Major Duties & Responsibilities l Participate in the project defining stage and buildanalytical framework l Develop the work plan and lead the project team to deliver l Manage the project budget and ensure the quality & timeof the deliverables l Prepare the progress review deck to communicate with clientson the status l Carry out independent analysis, draw conclusions,recommendations and writing some parts of the final report l Provide assistance for display at the meeting and forimplementation l Develop new projects Requirements l Assertive and professional interpersonal skills l Bachelor degree or above l Minimum 10 years of jobexperience and at least 3 years people management experience l Strong communication andnegotiation skills l Ability to prevent and solveconflicts l Good knowledge of Programstandards, tools and methods l Strong analytical and writing skills l Experience with supply chain management is an advantage
