Job responsibilities:

A: Learning Activities Support

    1.AP Annual Training Plan feedback/ needs and collection

    2.Launch and update AP Annual Training Plan

    3.Quarterly public communication letter

    4.Internal Course logistics (Room booking, material preparation, process payments, etc.)

Learning System Support

    TEDS system management (course upload, registration, withdraw etc.)

B: Talent Management Project/ Administration Support

    1.Support on boarding process design and review

    2.Project support

    3.HR documentation: external training program, external tuition program

    4.Other activities support         

C: Vendor sourcing/management

    1.External vendor souring

    2.Coordinate vendor selection (shortlist)

    3.External course arrangement  

D: Competence Requirements:

-Bachelor degree

-Good English (Verbal and written)

-Strong interest in training and development

-Positive working attitude

-Self-organized and team player
