Job description:
You will be in charge of looking for new profiles (mostly engineers) who corresponds to our requirements. Your main tasks will be as following :
-Understand the Job descriptions
-Select CV
-Presentation of the CV to the manager
-Looking for new tools to search for people
-Select the candidate through phone call
-Organization of the interview
According to your abilities, you could have more responsibilities (contact with clients, interviews etc…).
Profile: Qualification and Experience
§Bachelor’s degree and above
§Engineer and / or HR background is a plus
§Interest in HR
§Very organized and curious
§Internet searching abilities
§Good communication skills
§Willing to work on technical subjects
§Native Chinese, good English
